This will be updated only by admin. But will be a list of rules, suggestions, and comments by the ST and Admin of this game.
Anyone wishing to comment on this thread, bring up a thread in the General chat.
Unused experience:
I give the extra experience, mainly to show that there is a bit more of a free form for this game. But the cap is just to say 'please don't go overboard'. The pages in this game are used predominately as a general flow chart for what your character is capable of.
If you do not use all your experience that is fine. Don't feel you have to use every point. Leftovers can be saved for later use. And periodically admin will even ASSIGN you new skills or such as it comes up.
This is a story driven rp, not a mechanics.
JUSTIFY JUSTIFY JUSTIFY
If you have a list of skills but don't have the back story to hold up the powers you give the character, you will be raising eyebrows.
Banned merits:
Changling: Hallow.
I'm sorry, but because of the nature of this place, that skill will be utterly BANNED from this game. Don't ask for it, don't even think of it.
IF there is a skill that you think you NEED (not just want) that may have the Hallow merit as a prerequisite, then discuss the matter with the Admin or ST and we may come up with something.
